but this isn't the grudge. This is ju-on. The much better version of it (the japanese version)

the only creepy part in the american JuOn(grudge) was the old lady (she was weird...)
and the part when she was on the bus and kayako popped into the window >_> I wasn't ready for that...

But if you read the Description, it says that It's the Grudge's japanese version, and the title is the grudge, 'cause everybodey doesn't know Ju-on.

I think you're full of it if you think the American version is bad. It may lack in areas but it was very much similar to the original movie. I thought the movie was pretty interesting, it's good for a first viewing when you have no idea what's going to happen, that goes for either versions. I hear some people say The Ring was great but they hated The Grudge, which confuses me a little because they use similar methods to make the their movies suspenseful. The stories are different, I'll give you that, but really, I think both movies gave me the same desired "thrills", in very much the same fashion.

It seems some people, particularly the youth, prefer to choose apples over oranges, regardless if they're pretty much the same, just to feel secure with making a choice. Everyone can choose their favorite music, movies and art in general but how many of them can explain, intelligently, why they like it.

I didnt like The Grudge. I dunno, i just thought it sucked. But this and Sincity's pics definetly do not. :D

Yay! ^_^ Ju-On was definatly better than The Grudge, I like the part where shes in the bathroom and sees Kayako (In Ju-On), that made me jump. ^_^ I love Toshio! <3
