I guess that by ripe poppa means fully developed, voluptuous, curvaceous, with large breasts and bottom. Wether a person's appearance is attractive or not depends on each person's preference, but for Xod's taste, ripe is very sexy!
Ripe could also mean mature or older, she does look mature, but not really older (as in middle aged), so I assume that poppa did not mean that. Not that mature girls are not sexy! On the contrary, a woman becomes sexier as she grows older. >;)
