this is okay for your first drawing, but it could use some improvements. But anyways, *gives cookies of welcomeness*
Maybe it's just my eyes (I see colors a little different from most people) but the color of the dragon and the sky seem to vibrate against each other and actually makes the dragon look like cut paper that's been glued on the background, a very cool and hard to get effect. Personally I think it looks good the way it is just for the colors.
