I'm really liking the way this turned out. I still have a lot of work to do though but what do you think I could do to make it better?

defentley a backround probaly a dull or dark color may b sumthin brite where shes staring

Shading is a must. Or else, it looks too plain. And as lumpy said, a bit more substance in the BG would definitly improve the pic.
