Well, this started out as a self portrait. It looks nothing like me. I've never been good at capturing someone's likeness. Despite the fact that she has no resemblance to me, I do like how this one came out. ^__^;

EDIT: I just noticed that in the thumbnail she looks rather androgynous. . . o__O;; I'm also not used to drawing women. . .

I like the portrait and the style. I think the lips are the part that makes it more manly, feminine lips usually aren't as flat or maybe it is the dark sketchy part under the lips that looks almost like facial hair. Are you going to add something more to the background?

Backgrounds are not my fort�. I honestly don't know what else to do with the background for this one. That and I've already exceeded the space limit by 54kb. ^___^;; But any tips on backgrounds for the future would be greatly appreciated.

I think the sketch is awesome...
I would say it looks more like a man than i woman though
