i kinda got the 80 reebok high top logo feel from it i dont know any one agree disagree? there was no refrence pic just out my head. is there any other ideas of what this could be from, were may i have seen it or gotten it from?

Hmm, well Reebok is a British brand so associating it with the Union Flag is reasonable. Although if this is the Union Flag it's not at all accurate ... but this is where an impressionist approach can differ from reality and still be sufficiently like the real thing that everyone knows what they're looking at. I like the creased look ... as though this was painted on a cardboard box.
