The left (her right) eye is very good! The lines on the hair could be a little neater. maybe try blurring them in. Shading needs a little work also, but I'm not saying it's bad. It's really good, compared to my profiles... :P

Great. It's cool. But I agree with Knockoff. Shading not good.
