It's looking like a nice wintery lion to me. I think you're doing great with texturing and giving a clear difference between the long fur of the mane and the short fur of the face. I think you should harden some of the edges on the face though, the edge between the nose and the black background is too blurry. It's really too late to do anything about this in this image, but for future images try not to put so much of the focus, in this case the face, off to just one side of the image. The viewer will normally want to look in the direction the subject is looking, and since his face is all over there and he's looking toward the right it's pushing my attention off the page. Adding an empty black area on the right to make the image wider would have balanced it more. Still though you're doing very well at your drawing skills, I like this picture.
