I like the symbolism behind this one, but the reflection isn't very obvious. I'm probably wrong about this, but it seems to me that defining the line just a bit where the reflecting surface starts might help make it more obvious.

We show what we want others to perceive us as on the surface. Maybe our attempt at perfection (in my case). But our true self is made known by what we inadvertently reflect. Our life will eventually show our true brokenness despite our white washed attempts.
