I like how this is coming out so far and the background is looking nice, but are you aware that if her skirt were any shorter it'd be called a belt?

Take the critique as you will, but this is submitted as unfinnished, and it IS unfinnished. You should take what she said and atleast think about how you can make the skirt a bit longer.
