Very well done (duh). I don't like that red-orange thing (looked like blood in the thumbnail) but I assume that could be just an outline for a hand or something. Nice detail on the face. This is looking good so far.

Wow, very nice. But, i think the fingers are a little small, ne? just a little tho, but i dont want you to ruin it to fix such a small bairly noticable problem. I love the way you did the eye and hair, the gloss on the eye is wonderful and it all together looks 3D. :3 XD
