Hmmm. This need works. First of all, you need to spend more time. Try fixing things up, such as messy-ness.
Add shading, put a better background on it. Add even more detail to it.

i tired to make it look more like inky water and added detail to the suckers on his legs.

Spending 5 minutes doesn't change anything. Try spending an hour on a drawing. Look through peoples galleries. See how much time THEY spend on there works.
