This is good. The expression on his face definitly looks like hes not amused. I can see it in his eyes too. I'm glad you tryed to add folds in his clothing. The shading could be better, but its a good start. Maybe add more detail in the hair. Hair isn't just one big strand of hair. Add strands of hair by adding darker/lighter lines in the hair. Oh, and as far as a background goes, you should add one next time, because they make drawind a lot more interesting to look at. Nice job, none the less.
