Yes, more definition. Please, avoid the blur tool (in most cases) as if it were the plague. It is a bad bad thing. Also, the sharp black lines on the face really throw off the whole image, which is a shame, because it's a really good base picture. If you need more space, you can memo me or any other moderator asking for space. ^^

Yes I know. I was just messing with the blur tool and somehow I lost my history and couldn't undo it. I know the face needs to be done, so yes I do need space for one more revision..

This is really nice, Vera. I like how you did the background and the blur tool was good to use for that. I especially like how you did the fairy (and the wings for the most part!). The dress, like they said, needs more definition. maybe add some subtle shades of blue-violet on the hair or on the dress since you had some hints of purple on the wings. But so far so good. I like the detailed work of the foldings on her dress. Good job.
