cute but kind of messy... the lineart is sloppy and the facial features seem a tad bit odd... there also are no eyebrows, and the eyes seem as if they are crossed.. nice bg, though!

The only things I can pick out are.. the (Your?) wrists are a little wide. The lines can be fixed up a little and you don't have any eyebrows. =P Don't worry, when I was little I never gave my characters eyebrows and they always had huge eyes. =] Everyone told me to draw them smaller but I just must have been predestined to draw anime. ^^;;
