Can people tell who it is though? I hope people will be able to...if only because he seems to be a favourite on this board for some people.

Oh, and anyone have any ideas how I can improve this?

Yup, I agree. The nose looks like it is being pulled quite far. Make some contrast on the left eye. (his right). Other then that, this looks really nice.
