This is supose to be a picture of Robo Ky (from Guilty Gear X2, Guilty Gear X2: Reload, and Guilty Gear Isuka) with one of his "mini mes" (from his instant kill in 'Guilty Gear X2: Reload', and from his 'What's Next?' move in Guilty Gear Isuka).

I need help drawing the line-art, coloring this, and giving it effects. If you want a picture, go to http://guiltygeargame.com Characters, then Robo Ky(or Robo Ky II). I want the background to look funny/silly, or mechanical. I also want the mini RK to look cute, while the bigger one looks a bit scary. Both should be the same color, and have the same color eyes. The eyes should glow. Both of them have wind-ups for ears.

Can you guys help me out here? ^_^
