Ok, Well I believe that this is art related. Does anyone know where I can find/buy a cheap nice working scanner? On another site I want to show them some of my drawings, and pictures of me, ect. and I need a scanner to do so. Can anyone help??

Mine wasn't terribly expensive, but it's a printer/scanner so I dunno if that's what you need. HP PSC 1350 all-in-one, and it's worked great for almost exactly a year now.

Sometimes you can go to your local electronics/computer stores and see if they have open box items/ shelf models with no box, sometimes no instructions. I bought an Epson perfection 610 1 yr ago for $25.00, they went on line and got the drivers for me and gave me a store warrenty and everything. I have had no problems with it and it is a large size flat bed. <:}

i bought one a very long time ago for $100. which was when they were new amazing technology. its not the best scanner but it still serves its purpose perfectly.
figure out what places are near you and look them up online for prices. for instance, futureshop (those prices are CAD i think), walmart, bestbuy. most are between $50-200. i have an epson perfection 1250. see what kind of scanners you can afford and look them up on google. most will get reviews of people that have already bought them. though keep in mind, people selling the scanners can post too. but they can give you a general idea. for instance this site |
