The hair on her looks pretty neat. It appears to me that you only know how to draw one eye at a time. Just a word of advice: You'll be able to do so much more when you learn how to draw symmetrically. I still put the hair over the eyes sometimes, but I feel that both eyes makes a stronger statement.. If you wanted my opinion.. :)
