I remember watching a couple of episodes of this.I think one of my cousins taped it and sent it over here from Japan.Wasn't it called Crayon Shin-chan or something?I dunno how anybody here would know about this show (unless you happen to be Japanese or something), but it is a pretty funny show :P.

No, there are cartoons where a character runs around nude. Of course the ass is the only thing they can actually show, but its still sometimes has a sexual appeal to it.

Well, by that, do you mean they intentionally run around nude to show off their body or just the cause of something that happened to them?Cause on Shin chan, he deliberately tries to show off not only his ass but you know, the other thing :P.
