Boy do I understand that... don't be so hard on yourself. This is wonderful, and everything you do just gets better and better. Walk away for a bit and come back, you'll feel better about it. I love you, ANNA!!!! :D
*sigh* Yeah.. I ought to just chill out for a while. Everything about faces is so hard. I don't get why I just can't do it. That's so frustrating. Anyway... Thanks for the nice words. I love you too, CINDY!!!! :-)
???.......um.....I don't see that there's anything on this drawing to get pissed over unless you're talking about the process in getting the product. The lip work is pretty amazing, I'd say.The highlights give it that nice moist look to it.The alignment of the nose is a tad off, but nothing that couldn't be easily fixed.I see you even caught the highlights above the lips which is impressive.Anyway, hope your hand gets better and don't give up cause you're doin' well...
-Oh, and you know what they say..."If you can draw people, you can draw just about anything."
These look so realistic! This is so awesome! You should get an ice cream...don't know why, it just sounds good. I am blown away by your skills! Way 2 go!
Thanks Gig and Silver. Hopefully tomorrow I'll feel more alive and I'll see if I can fix it up some more. lol, silver.. weird you mentioned that. Upon submitting it, I thought to myself "Damn, I want some icecream right now!"
after your second edit the nostrils (sp?) look a lot better you smoothed them out and they appear to be much more realistic. the lips are awsome, very realistic and nice looking, but what may look frustrating is the face itself. Maybe comming in with, lol i sound like a broken record :P, but more drastic tone changes for example, your lighting appears to be comming in from the left, (right of the face) so adding a slight shadow beyond her nose and a little deeper one under her lips might help as well. using just a little darker and lighter tones might help, making your pictures a little more extreme yes, but even more realistic. :) keep trying anna you are getting better and better with each picture and your hard work really IS paying off, no matter how frustrating it is you will get there if you keep pushing yourself and taking in every bit of advice that you can :) great work on the lips especially on this one btw!
hmmm.... as i critisize if i either would want to kiss a drawing, i would definetly want to kiss this person. maybe, if i saw her whole face. but the lips look gewd.
