The hand is very nice. And the shading is even better...

Awsome! Shading is great. The only thing I see wrong is, the skin folding near the first knucle of the index finger should be farther under the finger.

Really? I kinda did that on purpose 'cause I thought with the shading and all it would look like it was there, without the bulky black line. *Shrug*

The shading is nice, but the hand is seems odd (Looks kind of like a monster's hand). To fix, the fingers are probably about 1.5-2x as thick as they should be, and the second segment on the thumb is too long compared to the first.
Hands are hard. :-)

the hand is really good!! damn, i wish i could draw hands like that..... the only problem is with the face.... it looks good, but (for future reference) you could elongate it, seeing as the hand is very large beside the face.... also, if you are going for the 3/4 side view, then you should include a portion of the face that is hidden by the nose in the side view.... and by the way.... YOU ARE AWESOME AT SHADING HAIR, AND THE BACKGROUND ROCKS!!!!
