It's a gun, and that is blood. It's not really extreme, 'cause it's not very graphic, but it does need some kind of rating...I think.

It's good, but maybe you should spend some more time on it next time. Maybe give it a little more shading or detail. I don't know. I'm just throwing my 2 cents in. :-D
