Neat but I don't like his shoes or the background.. o.O;;

Aww.. He's got adorable wings. And I like the way you positioned the shadow under him.

Kazukie is right, however. Colorful (but not too colorful), crazy (but not ballistic), and mood setting backgrounds often leave a picture more attractive.

Example, you could have him standing in an alleyway with a single light up top, and a few doors on the brick walls, etc etc. That sort of thing. Let your imagination run wild. I can see lots of things in this picture. =)
