Its on an anchor..the dock is just off to the right, out of view. The people are on the dock in the cafe browsing the new 2Draw boards.

This is very pretty, I like it muchly. (Even if there were some people in there and they fell overboard with the paddles and stuff, or jumped out and swam to shore so they could come to draw here, I like it alot anyway) My favorite thing is how the rope looks really "taught" like there's alot of tension from the anchor.
