I was just wondering.. Sometimes when you send a memo, why does it say 'Error, Throttle Control'? What does that mean? Just wondering..

IF youre parents are watching over your should click on something that you know for sure wont be bad at all. Click your profile or something and then click watch animation on a nice picture, then put the speed on snail. THen he'll probaly leave. :)
