few suggestions might be though...her eye looks too far away from her nose...so you could either adjust the shading around it perhaps, or adjust the eye. I just looked at what you did in version one...where the other eye was, was ok...might wanna do that for both

also, maybe sharpen it up a little (*giggle* thats for you davin...) but it's looking wonderful! keep up the good work :)
