The BG is nice. I sense a blur effect?
But the entirity of the solid scritchy sketchy black lines kinda puts it off.

Yah you should use a watercolor brush (whatever you use on oekaki) or blur the people into black blobs.. =] I like it otherwise!

i'll see what i can do with the blur effect but if i don't like it i'll try to make it better, and i wanted it to look sketchy like that
