reference: from 2000AD prog 1046- Bob Zombie- scouse of 20 000 horrors- not exactly the same image, just edited it a little bit with own style and different idea! the orginal had a skeleton looking serial killer...plus dredd had an axe lodged into his helmet. the writing on the paper says "human rights for civvies!"
