Wat's it mean when ur 200kb limit is used up on a unfinished drawing?

It means you've used up your allowed space for the drawing, probably through several edits. You can't work on a drawing anymore after the space limit is reached, unless of course you manage to get some mod sympathy for your cause, in which case you might get more space if the picture looks promising.
