I think this is great. You did a nice job on the lips.
I think you could of done just a little more to make it "real". I think by adding detail into the skin, that would make it real. Ah, this is still very good.

HMm I would say the lips have a bit too much shine on them and the nose shadowing can be darkened a bit but other than that this is a well done piece.
