Yay! It turned out great! I love the reflections in the puddle. The chairs are so pretty and the water washin up on the sand looks so real. Pretty, pretty piccy, poppasweetie. :)
I am going to re-do one of the bedrooms in my house with a nautical theme.... may I have this on a very large canvas to hang in that room? I love it!!! Yay for the beach!! I'm going back to the beach house in a couple of weeks! Whoopee! Thumbs up to the ocean! :D
Oh, and look, there's one chair left to sit in! The yellow one... don't mind if I do, girls...Tell that stud over there to bring us all a drink with a miniature umbrella like this one in them.
can I go with you dba? :) Dave.. this is just fabulous, I love it! one of these days, I'm gonna do one just like this, but there'll be fat ladies sitting in those chairs :)
Davinci, this is an awesome! DBA has it right, for a nautical themed room. Every time I look at something I like on here, I picture it in a specific room in my house. This one, I'd like as a small 4x6 or so, framed in one of my bathrooms... Its just bright and cheery, the colorful chairs just add such a nice impact to the pic. What really does it for me (besides the chairs) is the reflection of them on the beach.
The only thing I would change about this one is to use a dark hue of pink or fuschia(sp?) for the shadow on the pink chair. I honestly have to say that this is my fav of yours so far. Great combo.
You're gonna have to add another chair, poppasweetie.. so Lori can sit down. lol Or.. I know.. while we're all sitting there, Lori can use us as models for her pic..I'm looking forward to that fat ladies pic, Lori.
Hey! I don't wanna be a fat lady model in the chair! I'd have to get fat for that, and then I wouldn't want to be at the beach and it would be impossible for me to save bratty drowning children with nutbag mothers who don't watch them. And it would cost too much for sunscreen, because that's more area to cover. And those plastic chairs break with too much weight in them after a while. And they won't fit in my bathroom. I want them in my guest room, please. :) (Oh, and yes, Lori, you can come with, just bring that umbrella because you have red hair and you will sunburn easily.)
edit: I agree about the shadow of the umbrella on the chairs... my eye went directly to those the first time I viewed the picture. I think the shadow on the pink chair needs a little purplish-blue color in it and the shadow on the white chair needs to be a bit of a blue-gray color.
