looking forward to the finished product, it looks like the hair and shading are going to be great. it certainly looks like him. if i may, though, his eyes look like they might be al ittle too far down. bleah, i hated that game. but this is good.

yeah if you wanted to fix it up a bit i have a few suggestions. compare both pics. notice the width of the left side of the face and his eye? as well, like taori said, it might be a good idea to move both eyes up and in. other than that youre good. hope that was of some help.
