Well the heights won't bother you right now.. its closed for security. Everyone should see this in person and imagine your ancestors arriving from the old country on a boat and seeing her for the first time. Its awesome. You did a great job on this Tuukke
I've been there before and it IS awesome to see. We took a Senior Trip to New York City in high school for Spring Break back in 2000. The Statue of Liberty was of course beautiful. They have buildings and things on the two islands where you can see actual items people brought in with them when they got off the boat at Ellis Island way back when. It's very neat. As far as New York City goes... it's beautiful. I wished I could stay there forever. My sister didn't wanna go on the trip because she doesn't like big cities and by the time we were set to go home she was thinkin up living expenses it would take to move there lol. Everyone should go visit. It was the best vacation ever.
I've heard it is spectacular.
I love the silhouette look to this picture.
I think, given a choice, I"d visit Scotland again instead of going to New York for the first time, though XD
Or maybe I'd go to St.Louis and up the Arch again. Then I'd get to see my Grandma. Not that she lives in the Arch, just that my Grandma is in the St. Louis area and I'd visit the Arch with her...
