Hmmmm... I would first clean up the lineart and then get started on colors. If you wanted to do something interesting you could do odd colors like her skin blue or something like that. :)
I do think you're on the right track! I love the shape of her face, and she is going to turn out very cute! For a cute fairy, don't forget to give her bright crystal clear eyes and pink cheeks!!! Oh, and I think her eyes, wings and costume should match, or at least coordinate.
