I recently visited my sister in Wisconsin. This scene is from one of the photos I took of Lake Michigan.

How pretty.... you did a wonderful job on the water. Is that some sort of willow tree? I have never been to Wisconsin.

This is looking so pretty already. That water is wonderful. Looking forward to the finish.

Very pretty picture Glow and I must say you have a LOT of patience to do every twig and leaf on that tree, but it looks great!

Ahh, you've brightened it up and changed the tree too. It's beautiful, glow... lovely colors and such a peaceful feeling. I love your pics. Bet I know why you want to do water, DMV... you're probably dreaming up a line of sea monsters to freak us out next. lol

Thanks emma...your sweet...and I think you're right about DMV... I'll bet you just gave him a fresh idea...a sea monster..lol..:) And thanks 'poppa'...I love lighthouses too..:)..btw..you didn't say where you were going on your cruise...curious minds want to know...:) And about the tree..I think its a type of maple tree..it was a little scant and not real full. I tried to do it more like the photo on my second revise. Wisconsin is different..windy and humid at the same time..hot during the day and cold at night..

Gorgeous work! The whole piece is great...however, I'm especially impressed by your tree, the sky and the water. Really, really gorgeous. I lived in a suburb of Milwaukee for about four months back in the mid 90's. It is really lovely there.
