The moon looks great!I like the glowy effects its got from the coloring technique you used to draw it.And as Gigge sorta said, neat ripples :).

The moon is pretty good but it does not look like its exuding the light that is being reflected from the water.Also When the moon is emitting light it does not send it out in one beam of light,only lighting whats underneath it and straight out.Try highlighting around that line of light so that it gradually goes from light to dark.But a pretty picture.
