This is a nice start, but not quite up to par with intermediate requirements. So!

Suggestions (yay!): Firstly, I think this would be much snazzier if you smoothed out your lines. Solid lineart is something that's hard to perfect, even for experienced artists, but have the smooth solid lineart makes it look so much better, it's worth the effort.

Secondly, you should probably have other subjects in this picture. If you would prefer not to, then I suggest changing the background and making it somewhat defined, as the current polka dot pattern is kinda gaudy. It would be alright if your subject was bigger, but as it isn't...again, I suggest a different background.

Remember, these are only suggestions. I am in no way dictating to you how you should draw. ^^;;

Well, I would make it better, IF THE STUPID WEBSITE WOULD LET ME! IT WON'T LET ME DO ANYMORE... -.=
I personally don't think the lines are that sketchy, but that's my opinion.. they are here and there, but oh well..

YAY! I'M DONE, AND IT'S NOT THAT GOOD! I DON'T CARE! WOO HOO! Things I don't like about this picture: the shading; how the girl is off center; there's way too much space with just the background; it's a little sketchy.... but... I DON'T CARE, BECAUSE I STARTED THIS A LONG TIME AGO! xD

Oh, whoopie. It got bumped into beginner. I don't really care that it was, because it's pretty bad, but here's a comment to the mod who did it:

Hey, this is nice. I think it looks cute. Whoever said it sucked? Maybe it's those dots in the background. lol j/k I like how you did her hair, and everything although I have to admit, the blue color is a bit boring on her dress but maybe that's just me. lol maybe a darker blue would be better. I dunno. Anyhow, it still looks nice. =)
