That's just what he wants you to think. He's actually planning on going on a bloody rampage to get back to you in an action packed thriller filled with enough suspense, plot twists and turns to make you want to puke.
After that he's going to run for governor of California.
Okay, good. And good. And no, he's really dead, she's sure of it.
edit: Oh good! We're doing something inappropriate. Yes, she did, too, she really did something.
Yeh, they just don't express it with little ASCII hearts, 'glomps,' smiley faces or over-the-top praise of each other's work. This admiration-through-insults is actually rather refreshing. Marcello would be proud.
If I were tointerview her I'd say something like..
"So did you graduate?"
"Yes, I did'
"Ah..so, what did you do before you decided to lick balls and ass for a living?"
oh my goodness gracious...you people are so good...i am envious, sickened and amazed all at once...wow dba...you continue to get better...even tho well, honestly, i was envious sickened and amazed before...*thunk* im gonna go find a new hobby now...omg...
This is another awesome one DBA :).I don't get how you crank out all these "hours-spent drawing" ones almost every day^^;.But it's great that you do, cause many people are waiting to see them including me.That floor is great XD.It's mesmerizing @_@.You've worked out the details pretty well too.Awesome XD.
Poor gal is going to be very disappointed..there was a two year exclusionary period for sudden deaths in that policy.. looks like the diner will have a new waitress soon. You did a great job on the shading on this one Mizz Cindy.. it looks like a black and white photo.. very nice work
DBA..first I have to say ..I love your come backs to Axil, I cracked up..Watch out Axil she can shoot you down with the first hit. hehe Literally..(smiles here) The drawing is superb..Amazed on how prolific you are.
Alright I just have to ask....You've been doing a lot of amazing work...and I really like your bull rider pic, but I've been having a thought that's been picking at the back of my mind for quite some time now. For most of your works do you use actual photo referances or are they off the top of your head? You don't have to answere but I was just wondering that. Nevertheless though...keep up the awesome work DBA! XD
I do some of both, and sometimes I take an idea I have for a painting, and if the complexity of the subject matter warrants it, I might refer to an object or photograph of something to make sure I get the proportions and everything correct. (For example in the bluebonnet pic I did recently, I looked at a photo I have of a strip of road to make sure the perspective was right, and then the trees and flowers and prickly pears and stuff I put in from memory, because I am so familiar with that subject matter) -(So that particular exact scene doesn't really exist :) Sometimes doing a painting depicting a photograph exactly makes a great work, but usually something needs to be changed in it (most of the time the composition is screwy or something). I used a photo ref for this particular one. Most artists that do realism refer to something, whether it be a photograph or to pile apples up on the table or to stand in a field with their easel. Working from photos will make you 90% better for when you want to arrange things on canvas off the top of your head, it's great practice.
edit: also, I think it's really important to be able to emulate what is in a photo, as well as to change it at the same time if you are a serious artist - I had a local rancher commission me once to do 5 of his cows drinking from a water trough, with their reflections... he handed me a photo that was taken of them and said "I want it to look exactly like that, except that was taken in winter. Make it spring."
aww.. i wish you did this picture in okaki-shi or another applet where you can actually see the animation because I'd love to see how you do some of your drawings. sometimes it's not always appealing to see the finished product (although in most cases it is) but it's also nice to see HOW it's been done. lol I like this piece too. very... um, well, the subject matter is matured and lol not for young adults to watch lol j/k. Anyhow good job. Reminds me of those black and white movies with the scantily dressed and wild behaviored women in the clubs lol like in the picture. Really neat. Just the picture, not really the girl, I mean she's not really that amusing to look at but I like how you made the whole picture seem so interesting.

...or the hair. Hmmm....
*will ponder the issue while staring at the wonderful-ness of the drawing*
