It's a Rock Dove!! a very colorful one staring right at me. great use of colors. It looks like he's on drugs or is having a stroke.

Silly thug.. this is quite obviously a Stoner Wren.. they are found mostly in upstate New York (near Yasgur's farm) and in Monterrey California...
