First off...welcome.
Cute pic. Do you remember what size it was? I just had the same problem and I re-opened up the applet I was working with, 'using the same size canvas' and it asked me if I wanted to restore the last pic...I hit yes and lo and behold...my pic showed back up. I resubmitted it without a problem. |

I had the same problem again today I spend an hour and a half on a pic on the intermediate board and got the old "error in submission thingy..and the pic is gone..no restore..nothin....it happened yesterday on beginner...Only thing I can think of is that the files were way big and the system wouldnt accept them because of it? (way over limit i suspect..for the boards in use..i was up to 7 layers on the last one..) only thing i could think of...later I tried to submit a test I just wrote test on beginner ..and it worked... so that lent support to my theory..I dont know...but it was very aggravating....

Is it listed in your studio as unsubmitted?
Otherwise, yea, refresh the page, use the image restore feature, and try again. |

did it say unauthorized image submission? I'm only referring to that special case.

hmm....i opened the applet with the same size but didnt get an image restore prompt.
i also checked my studio but it says this: "Drawing Board You currently do not have any unfinished drawings! Why don't you draw something new? If you'd like to edit or modify a "finished" image, you can find all your submissions on your user board." hmm...then i tried what you said Davinci, scratched a few lines then submitted and it worked! if it is a matter of size, why didnt the previos one submitted? if you see the screencap i only have two layers, since i had flattened it before trying to save... oh well...i really dont care about the previos pic, but what if i work on something really big and it doenst submit? >_< nevermind lets see what happens :) thanks for replying! |

That particular error should only occur if the image has somehow already been submitted.
