Welp, I'd change the color of the water a little, make it a lighter blue and where you can see through it kind of, and make big water droplets like there are when you splash, instead of the lines.

This is a really cute idea and I like the poses. For the water, how about some small, lighter droplets? And maybe a few little darker (wet) spots on her jeans?

yea, im havin a lot of trouble with the water in general...ya think maybe just all smaller ones, or in addition to? *wrinkles nose*

This reminds me of the field trip my physics class took to the tobaggan runs. The snow was just starting to melt, so there were tons of enormous puddles. Can you guess who ran around and stomped in each and every one of them? The sidewalk and puddle look sort like they have been tipped up toward the viewer, maybe making them look a little flatter?
