I think this is really good so far.
The hair looks... like wet hair! Well done!
If you put a nice bit of detail into this and get the water right, this will be by what far your best drawing from my point of view.
Maybe take the jaw-line back a bit?

I like this so far too. The hair is interesting. Maybe a bit larger chin? Nice job on the chest at the waterline..

was working on the water than i just remembered a few of the recomendations on how i should fix the face, so i did them =) tho i still have to do the water O.o and touch up the face a bit more and darken the hair and face a little bit. >< still lots to do ^_________^
