Why am I not given the option to delete my pics anymore?

After a certain number of days have passed since you submitted a picture, the delete option disappears. You can ask a Moderator to delete your picture after that option is gone. Or maybe they won't delete it because they think the picture is unworthy of deletion. >:D

OR the moderators will just change the picture to "Unfinished Hidden".

Axil doesn't need to delete any pictures, so don't encourage him. lol
