Is there a point where you are forced to donate money to 2 draw? Because I probaly won't be able to untill I get a job. ( I'm only 11 so you could suspect that)

There's a big ass difference between paying and just plain donating.

Donation n. 1: a voluntary gift (as of money or service or ideas) made to some worthwhile cause.

So I can donate just by drawing good and giving others good Ideas?

I would consider that more of a contribution... but whatever floats your whatever. Just don't call a fee a donation.
