he looks kinda like he-man with dodgey hair..... always i good idea to colour within the lines... the line tool looks pretty shi7y, free hand looks better... u could always put a background in and add shaddin to him as well.........

Is today a DBZ celebration day??Because if it is, I don't know about it.Umm, I agree with Knockoff about the line tool.You can't be afraid to free hand drawings.It's so much more impressive when you draw it out yourself.Try it.There's nothing to lose.
