the cloud at the bottom seems to be in front of her and is very low(a bit to low)... and the sun is too big, looks like its goin to fry her head..... the shadin on her hair is ok, could do to be a bit darker so it blends in more with the tone of the hair... the line art looks pretty good... and the different use of tones looks good on the jumper... the pants,face and hair look abit bland tho, try usin different tones on them as well and blend them together...

this kinda looks like a different version of zelda.. like the flute of... i dunno stuff and maybe we could put in an element like... hydrogen yeah that would do it.. ZELDA: and The Flute Of Hydrogen yeah sounds good ill get cracken .. GJ :)
