very nice, the only thing I'd suggest would be a little more detail in the eyes, maybe nose/mouth, so it's a little less 'blurry' and draws the attention to them even more.

I agree with Marcello. A little less blur would be better. Of course its still looks awesome. The eyes really catch the viewers attention. Nice job. :)

Her/his hair is a lot more detailed than the face features, which make it doesnt blend it so well. but it's such a beautiful drawing neverthless. :) i like the shading!
