how can you make a picture a collaboration...in beginner preferably?

The same way you make any picture a collaboration. You have to first submit an image before it can become a collaboration. Once you have done that, there are two ways to add users to collaborate. As to what either of those two ways are, I will leave that as an exercise to you.
