yeah he could use a lot of work.. anybody can do scribbly lines, but try some clean lineart?
and some anatomy/tutorial sites will do you good. i hate to tell you but dbz is far from realistic.. (shh dont tell anyone but i used to draw them in 8th grade too -_-)

Yyyyeah. He could use some wider shoulders. If you cannot fit them into the picture fully, fine, it just makes him a bit more badass.
